The words ICAgile, accredited and certified are sometimes used loosely in course advertising. A trainer may hold an ICAgile certificate without being authorised to deliver an accredited course. A company may teach Agile coaching without being able to issue ICP-ACC. The safest check is to verify the exact learning program rather than trusting a logo beside a checkout button.
Start with the official ICAgile Agile Coaching page. ICAgile identifies the credential as Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) and connects learners to accredited classes. Then ask the provider to show how its specific offering and instructor fit that route.

A verification conversation in plain language
Ask: “What is the exact accredited course name? Who is the learning provider? Is this instructor approved for that program? After successful completion, will ICAgile issue or record the ICP-ACC certification in my learner account?” A credible provider should answer without changing the subject to trainer experience or discounts.
Save the written answer, invoice, batch dates, instructor name and cancellation terms. If the class is rescheduled or the instructor changes, confirm that the replacement remains approved for the accredited program.
Inspect the learning design after identity is confirmed
Accreditation is essential, but it is not the end of buyer due diligence.
