AgileSeekers runs live online SAFe DevOps certification cohorts for professionals who need to improve flow from concept to release across product, engineering, quality, security, platform and operations. Batch dates change, so this guide explains how to review the current schedule and decide whether a cohort fits your role.
Check the live schedule, not an old campaign date
Use the SAFe DevOps course page for current dates, trainer confirmation, timing, fees and enrollment. If no public date fits, request a private cohort through corporate training. A schedule is not confirmed merely because an older poster or social post remains online.
What the official course is designed to cover
Scaled Agile describes SAFe DevOps as a two-day instructor-led course. The learning includes the CALMR approach, value-stream mapping, continuous exploration and integration, deployment and release, measurement, recovery and an actionable improvement plan. The course is broader than a CI/CD tool demonstration because delays frequently exist in product decisions, security policies, environments, approvals and operational feedback.
Who benefits from a mixed cohort
- Release and development managers
- Software engineers and quality professionals
- Security, infrastructure, platform and operations practitioners
- Architects, Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Leaders responsible for delivery flow or transformation
A cross-functional cohort is especially valuable when participants share a delivery value stream. It allows the class to examine real handoffs instead of optimizing one function in isolation.
What to confirm before enrollment
- Exact start and end dates, daily timing and time zone
- Instructor name and authorization to deliver the official course
- Live attendance requirements and recording policy
- Courseware, practice test, exam and retake inclusions
- Tax, transfer, cancellation and rescheduling terms
- Whether the class is public or tailored for one organization
Prepare one value-stream example
Bring a recent feature or service change and approximate where it waited: discovery, prioritization, development, test, security review, environment provisioning, change approval, deployment or customer feedback. Remove confidential details. During training, use the example to connect CALMR and value-stream mapping to an improvement hypothesis.
After the course
Select one constraint, define an owner and measure a bounded experiment. Useful signals may include lead time, work-item age, deployment frequency, change failure, recovery or the delay in obtaining evidence. Do not turn these measures into individual targets. Review the result after 30 days and decide whether to stop, adapt or scale the change.

Public cohort versus private cohort
A public cohort suits individuals and small groups that can work with neutral examples. A private cohort fits an organization that wants participants from one value stream, confidential pre-work and facilitated discussion of real policies. Confirm whether tailoring changes only the examples or also adds implementation workshops outside the official certification course.
Learning-time plan
Reserve the live class time plus preparation and follow-through. Before class, map a recent change at a high level. During class, capture assumptions and questions rather than transcribing slides. After class, complete the practice test and convert one insight into a measured improvement experiment.
Enrollment record
Retain the invoice, schedule confirmation, instructor details, course inclusion statement and applicable policy links. If dates change, request written transfer or refund options. The live course page should show the currently bookable cohort; this article intentionally avoids hard-coded dates so it remains accurate after a batch ends.
