A current POPM quote should identify the exact AI-Empowered course, delivery hours, trainer, exam access, learning materials, Studio terms, tax, and provider support. The phrase “certification included” is too vague on its own.

What varies by provider
Mock exams, recordings, coaching calls, project templates, placement claims, and extended post-class support are provider services. They are not automatically identical across every authorized class. Ask for each promised extra in writing.
Membership language needs care
Older pages often promise a generic one-year membership without explaining the renewal tier. POPM is a Foundational certification, and continued renewal is currently USD 195 per year plus applicable tax. Check Scaled Agile's tier policy and the terms attached to the selected class.
